This website, vincu.ai, is operated by tershouse d.o.o. — PJ BetaStudio, Kolodvorska 12, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina ("BetaStudio", "we"). BetaStudio is the controller of personal data collected through this website. For anything related to your data, write to hello@vincu.ai.

What we collect and why

Demo requests. When you book a demo we collect the details you submit — typically your name, work email, organization and message. We use them to respond to your request and to schedule and run the demo. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Analytics and advertising. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads and LinkedIn conversion tags to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies described in our cookie policy. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Technical logs. Our infrastructure providers keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) for security and reliability. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure service.

Who processes it

We use service providers to operate this site: infrastructure and hosting providers, an email delivery provider for demo-request notifications, and the analytics and advertising platforms listed above (only after your consent). Providers process data on our instructions. Some are located outside the EU/EEA; where that is the case, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Demo-request data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the settings described in the cookie policy. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; ask us to restrict or object to processing; and request a copy in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing. Write to hello@vincu.ai and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

We will update this policy as the site or applicable law changes, and adjust the date above when we do.
